Second testing center was gross

I took the test in January at another testing center. This place was bright , clean and the staff person was very friendly and personable. This testing center gave 2 - 8 x 10 sheets of paper and 2 pencils, to do calculations with.
Retook the test in April and was scheduled at a different testing center. This place was nasty - smelt like a 3rd class nursing home. The guy running the desk acted like he was ex-law enforcement. Not very pleasant and lacked people skills. His helper that escorted people into the testing room was very nice and helpful.
Also was given this USELESS clear plastic clip board to do calculations on - with a dry erase marker. UGH!!
Hope I Never have to go back to this place again!

I forgot my password and tried several…

I forgot my password and tried several times to retrieve it. I finally called customer service. I was told by the gentleman I spoke with that the phone number I called didn't have anything to do with the test I was taking and he could not reset my password.
I found another phone number and called it. Spoke with a very nice lady, who said she could not help me reset my password, but gave me an email address that would get me into contact with someone who could reset my password. That email address came back as an error message. UGH... getting frustrated at this point. I then proceeded to set up a new account and then the test I purchased linked up to it. Not sure what happened?

It could have been better if they let…

It could have been better if they let people stand in the garage while waiting to check in. Even though it was a sunny day the wind on top of the hill was bone chilling. Other than that - it was well organized, and all the workers were pleasant and helpful.
