Sold us a bedroom suite that has pre existing holes drilled for the handles, only problem is the holes are uneven so the handles are crooked, apparently this is ok in their eyes because it's still structuraly sound. Ifurniture are trying to say they require a site visit to be done in Auckland but we live in the Bay Of Plenty so will not accept fault or issue a credit. Do not buy their bedroom furniture if you live outside of Auckland, we are out of pocket over 2k

Scam alert, been waiting 6 weeks, still no case received, fake tracking link sent that expires after a couple weeks, unhelpful customer service, unwilling to refund, avoid any purchases from this horrbie website!
