1st time I used it was for some shopping went on the app clicked use in store clicked on morrisons groceries pay 6 weeks activated card in Google wallet used it and it took the money straight out of my bank account instead of zilch account rang customer services explained everything they was told a email had been sent and I would get a email or a phone call to discuss the issue. Received neither very disappointed 😞
