easy use great big wonderful

have sold 3 guitars and 2 amps on Reverb. When I went to purchase a guitar and it arrived, it was unplayable and thought it was going to blow my amp. I was able to return that guitar to the seller, and he apologized saying he didn’t have adequate staff to make sure all guitars were in working order, so whatever, I got my money back( it was a $2300 guitar btw). I then submitted an order for a microphone, and paid for it, that I needed for up upcoming gigs this weekend. The seller would not respond to messages that I sent this week, finally I just asked for a refund. Reverb offered little to no help with getting my money back. The seller has not shipped anything and still won’t respond to my refund request, I assume he is not going to answer reverbs inquiries either. So I am stuck with no mic for this weekend and can’t get my money to buy another one. Now they tell me they will get back with me in 3 to 4 days, so who knows when I will actually get my money back. I am absolutely done with Reverb.

Nice pants, and they were delivered very timely, especially with where they are coming from. Great customer service when I had to return a pair of pants I bought.
