I exercised my right of withdrawal within the legal time frame and returned the products.

To date:

– a full refund has not been issued,
– disproportionate return shipping costs (€108) have been applied,
– the seller is wrongly invoking the carrier's liability, contrary to Article L.221-15,
– no concrete decision has been communicated to me despite several reminders and a formal notice.

Le vendeur a refusé de me rembourser ma commande de 496 €, m'a imposé des frais de retour exorbitants de 108 € et a tenté de se décharger de sa responsabilité sur son propre transporteur. Malgré plusieurs messages, aucune solution ni remboursement n'ont été obtenus. Ce comportement contrevient aux articles L.221_15 et L.221.23 du Code de la consommation. Je vous recommande vivement la plus grande prudence.

A clear violation of consumer rights. The seller refused to refund my order Euro 496, imposed disproportionate return fees Euro 108, and tried to shift responsibility for their own transport provider. After several messages, no solution and no refund. This behaviour contradicts articles L.221_15 and L.221.23 of the French Consumer Code. I strongly advise caution.
