When I claim refund first the RM lies and fights on the call saying they found there tennant, then when no proof could be found they find another reason I.e. deposit amount mismatch to deny refund. Thw refundable deposit was always negotiable. I dint even get a curtesy call or an apology for not doing any work or for the lies or for the bad treatment. Shamefull service. As response to this post they relooked at my case. This time they share another reason for rejecting refund with lies about the tennants wife calling to find out about the property.
