I got freesat and saor veiw installed. From start to finish it was a great experience. Their installer Greg is a gentleman. Greg and his colleague took care to do the job right. Even hoovered up after themselves.
My local installers told me you can't record on freesat and I wouldn't get a signal for saorveiw at my house. Freesat.iegot a saorveiw signal and supplied a freesat recorder box. With that box I can record and series link

Make sure you're not in a hurry to get your purchase, or ordering for a present, as shipping takes a LONG time. It's not made clear that your order will be processed on the other side of the world.
If you are ordering for a present give it a least a month to be delivered.

Appalling customer service. Absolutely no way to contact them that you will actually get a reply. Web forms not responded to and useless digital agent that can't pass something it's not programmed to answer to a real person. Also, with many queries the digital agent doesn't offer an option to even get to question 2. Only way to get attention is to post a bad review.
I want to cancel my subscription. Please contact me. I have tried to cancel online but when I select the subscription details the page keeps loading and times out. I have tried this many times and on different days.

Customer service a joke! This company don't want you to contact them so they provide no email address, no phone number. The only contact is chat. Chat queue moves ridiculously slow. 1 hour to move 10 places. Then every time you reach 2 you getcut off and chat disconnects.

Worked first time and then never again. Cloth kept well sealed so it didn't dry out, so storing incorrectly is not the cause. Disappointing purchase as these cloths aren't cheap.
