Scammers...
Earned vacation money(i didn't know about those money), then started my education, and the wrote me that I have those money and I need to apply before december to get those. I applied, and they wrote me that i cannot get those money, because I am in education!!!! 🤷🤦
Then, they make membership for free for one year (as they do for students) and didn't contact me to tell that I have a limit in the amount I can earn! Now they write me that I Earned a lot and have to pay them. They told that they wrote me in their system, but looks like they decided to not notify me about that there is something in their system....
I not recommend this company, especially if you are an international student. You will have so many problems with them, as the above are just a few of those I had with them..
Will change the company.

In these hot days our fridge stopped working and unfortunately everything went to the garbage bin. We have a garanti for it, so I contacted customer service. I got reply really fast. Søren was really polite and resolved the problem super quick.

Almost 2 month ago we ordered our huge bed from Sengefabrikken. The quality=price for 100%!

I love it, I sleep much better. We have it soft but not too much soft, so we have no problems with it. I really recommend those beds!

Don't even look at their "cheap" rent. You will pay twice more!!!
You will never get your money back even if everything will be perfect. Moreover, they will do everything for you to pay extra. I Paid last bill (for the warm I didn't use), but they anyway sent me reminder with a fee! 🤬
They also don't care about the place where you leave, they do minimum to fix the problem.
You will spend also your money for the house while you live there.
Also had bad experience with Camilla (doesn't want to work at all, and finish Conversation without solvong a problem)

I had a really good experience.
Would like to say Thank you to Lykke Trøjborg Kofod from Herning who helped a lot. She explained everything in such an easy way. She is very nice and feels like she was born to work with people 😁.
We had different banks to choose where to take a loan. But Lykke did a great job to explain us and help with all important Details.
So now we are Nykredit clients, we bought our dream house and car. And if something we don't understand we can always contact Lykke and she will be so fast and accurate with replying 😍
