The saddlebags I purchased look nice but are of very low quality. The first time I used the buckles on my bag it broke. Not long after, a buckle on the other bag broke. I contacted customer service and they said they'd send a replacement to me. It has been months and I've followed up multiple times and they still haven't sent a replacement. I think they were just hoping I'd give up or forget about it. Also, the leather is not waterproof at all, not even for light rain as advertised. The stitching on the bags is coming off. Low quality materials, terrible, untrustworthy customer service.

I wish there were more reminders to renew a policy and you could renew it after expiry. Also, opening a new policy took ages. Otherwise, I think it's good.

Great interface and easy to use. Good for looking for freelancers or working as a freelancer. However, the freelancer fee is a bit steep and cuts into earnings. Still a positive experience overall.
