Doesn't protect the buyer. I purchased something that turned out to be defective
Seller refused an exchange or refund and Etsy did nothing to resolve the issue.

This is one of the best companies. Quality is at least as good as Brooks Brothers and usually better than JCrew.

I purchased 2 items from this company and each experience was by far the worst I have had with any company. First of all this company doesn't like communicating with customers. If something goes wrong, and I can assure you it will, you will need to send many emails, make phone calls, and pray. You may hear back from God but unlikely to hear back from this company. The second problem is their shipping times are between 3 weeks and never. For my second order I waited more than 3 weeks and after multiple inquiries they told me that they have the product but do not have a box to ship the product (a coat) ! This is of course absurd. By the way as far as the value is concerned the only item I received was poorly designed and not worth the cost even at half price. I don't believe this is a serious business. Avoid it at all cost.

This is one of the best companies in terms of customer service, quality and design of products, and value. Although I live in US this is the first place I look for anything tweed related.

I should have read the reviews about this company before ordering. I ordered a jacket and waited for close to a month to receive it and have been told throughout this time that the item is still in production. I decided to finally cancel my order and the response I received was "The item is still in production but you will be charged a 10% stocking fee". Note that the restocking fee in this case is for an item that does not even exist in their stock. And it was not a special or custom order. If you want to receive what you ordered and not be penalized for not getting it you should stay away from this company.

This store requires scanning your own package and dropping it off into a box The receipt you get when you do that says "This is NOT a proof of drop off". What that means is if your package is lost you will be fully responsible. The only way you can get a proof of drop off is if a representative scans your package. The person at the counter, who claims to be the manager, refuses to scan the package. So you will be forced to drop off your package and accept full responsibility for a potential loss. Unless you are ok with that you should avoid this store.
