I’ve just had my first appointment with M-City Dental 99 and was very impressed with the service. At the initial visit, they took extensive X-rays and photos and carried out a thorough clean. Dr Kim provided excellent advice, and I plan to continue treatment with Dental 99 as finances allow.

The app is also a great feature, offering useful information and guidance.

My only regret is listening to negative reviews online and not trying them sooner.

I was a PowerShop customer for two years and really valued the pre‑paid discount Powerpacks as they made a noticeable difference to my monthly bill. However, these were quietly cancelled in December with no notification. Despite contacting PowerShop several times, I still haven’t been given a clear answer on whether the packs will return. I moved to another provider in January and have found it to be cheaper overall.

The lack of communication was disappointing, and retaining website reviews that highlight the discounted packs feels misleading now that they are no longer available

Update: it took a while but they eventually replied and I was able to get the TV replaced. It's been working great for over a year now, I just needed to be persistant (and this review might helped).

I was I purchased a Kogan TV in December which quickly developed a fault with the remote control so I had to send it back and they replaced it.

The replacement keeps disconnecting from the internet so they told me to return it. It seemed to behave for a while but now that it's stopped again they aren't answering my emails or the two new support tickets that I've opened over the last two weeks to confirm that I can return it.

I just purchased a webcam from Elive and received fantastic service. Not only was it a great price with free shipping, but also the communication was prompt and it arrived, well packaged, the very next day. I will definitely be checking their site in the future!
