Review of Le Chameau
If I could give no stars i would. We have purchased this brand of boots before and had no problem with the quality of the boots. However my advice would be NOT to buy direct from the company as their returns policy is a con. We bought two different size of boots, tried them on in the house as per their instructions, chose the size that fits and returned the 2nd pair in new condition with the label attached.
However the boots were back on our doorstep a few days later stating they could not accept the returns with no reason stated. After several emails they showed a picture which showed mud on the sole. This was definitely not our boots. We were allowed to return them a 2nd time having disputed this, but again 2 days later the boots were returned to us with the original return label and this time the boot label had been ripped off the boots and stuck In the box. I assume this was done as it was part of their policy that only returns would be accepted with the labels attached. Very sneaky.
We are now going through our credit card company to resolve this dispute.
My advice would be not to buy direct from the company as their returns policy is not anything like the promise they state. You will be out of pocket.
Good boots However I will not be purchasing them ever again. Be warned.

We would like to clarify that our returns policy clearly states that boots must be returned in a new condition, with no debris present and no signs of wear. When the returned pair was inspected, mud was present on the soles and the product was no longer in a condition that would allow us to resell them to another customer. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns where the item shows signs of use, as it would not be appropriate to pass these on to another buyer.
We understand this situation is frustrating and regret that it has led to a dispute. Our intention is never to inconvenience customers, but to apply our returns policy fairly and consistently to ensure product quality for all.
We appreciate your past support of Le Chameau and are sorry that this experience has impacted your confidence in purchasing directly from us.

Review of Closer Pets
Having not come across this company before, i was a bit dubious using them. However Customer service was great when a problem did occur and thry gave a prompt response. The address was incorrectly labelled and my product was returned to sender. After little communication a new product was sent straight away and delivered a few days later.
Automatic 5 meal feeder is a great product and would very much recommend the feeder and Closer Pets as a reliable company.

Great fast delivery. Bought the 200g packets for a trial to introduce the food slowly to my dog with her normal food. Looks tasty but haven't tried it on her yet.

Review of Torraslife
I ordered my daughters birthday present on the 15th June, birthday 12th July. 3 weeks have gone by and no charger! The tracking number i was given does not exist according to parcel company. I messaged the company and have received no reply!
It is now 6th July and still not heard anything. I am beginning to think this may be a scam, despite other reviews being ok. Should I receive my parcel i may put a better review up!

(On week 2 so far) Nice fragrance, seems to work well, takes a bit of getting used to it as it does leave a feeling of greasyness. Might just be the coconut so am keen to try other fragrances. However it works for me and I will continue
