Helpful, knowledgeable and professional staff. I was helped by Sophie and Robert.
Very helpful to be able to visit the shop in person and have access to their changing room.
They always have lots of choice of products and lots of sizes.

We have experienced excellent customer service in the Colchester store everytime we have been in. We have visited a few times over the last couple of weeks to shop for walking boots and other items for our daughters school trip and the shop team including Belinda, Sophie and Lee have been really friendly and helpful.
