I bought a Roadlite ebike (my second Canyon)
The Fazua battery died suddenly after 3 months, its been a week without reply from Canyon and a useless brand new bike. Customer service is very very slow on this case. All my previus interactions with Canyon as well as my Endurace bike have been very good.
