I would give them 0 stars if possible. I have a permanent work contract and need to create a giro account for my salary. After 3 weeks it gets declined without an explenation.

Do not ever order anything through their website. We booked a car for pickup with full insurance, ensuring that no matter the incidents, we would not be held accountable. When we arrived to pick up the car, for which we had already paid €377, they demanded a credit card to book an additional €1000. The message only stated that we needed to bring a credit card, which we did. However, since the credit card was in my girlfriend's name and not mine, despite me making the booking, they wanted another €480 for what they called "Extra insurance."

Why do they need extra insurance when we have already paid for full coverage? Why is it not possible to change the reservation to my girlfriend's name as a last resort so that the credit card matches the person driving? If this is so important, maybe specify in the pickup instructions that the card has to be in the same name, which it did not state?

I contacted support several times for a refund, as I am not paying more than the car's price in extra charges. This is the most obvious scam.
