Two hearts beat in my chest: the one beats for the easiness of trading with no fees, works excellent.
The other is the lack of communication. I need an answer to a tax declaration problem. No way to get anyone on the phone; only the hint to use the ticket system.
My actual ticket has been unanswered for 5 days so far. That's a shame, obviously they don't want to deal with clients personally anymore. Thumbs heavily down.

What comes below disappointed ? Words that go through my mind can not be printed, too educated for foul language.
I ordered cosmetics for about 43 Euros. On March 9.
Today is March 30, no products delivered, no shipment tracking - only assurances from Customer Service that delivery is under way. That cost me more than 10 email contacts so far, nothing's happening. I cancelled service (as underwritten by European Consumer Directives), but was told that it could not be cancelled because it is already on its way.
I recommend anybody to keep your fingers off this company.
