Buyer beware - poor quality and attempts to breach consumer rights act (failed)

Buyer beware - product irons up terribly. When challenged on this quality DUSK staff simply say no refunds (in breach of the Consumer Rights Act). Matter was raised with Paypal who, as expected, found in my favour. Ask yourself if you want to buy from a company with a poor product and who tries to breach consumer law.

Thank you so much for taking the time to review your order. We are very sorry to hear that your items did not matched your expectations.

For items which are unwanted, we are unable to accept a return if it has been used or washed due to hygiene reasons. If a customer is unhappy with their order, they have up to 90 days to return as long as they are within our returns policy (please see our T&C's here https://dusk.com/help).

We appreciate and take on all Customer feedback. We would always advise our Customers to inform us of any issues they have with their products before using or washing them and our team member would be happy to help arrange returning these items to us for a refund.
