Had to cancel my bank card. Beware of popups from them. No need to access their website. They will continue to withdraw 80 euro from your Bank account if you open their page. No customer service. According to their reply I accessed their platform. Have contacted the customer service as they advised. No support at all

A pop up from trip.com appeared whilst…
A pop up from trip.com appeared whilst booking my flights on a different flight Company. A form appeared to be completed. Unknowing it was not the web page I was on. They took 80 euro from my account for nothing. Will not deal with the issue. Be careful. Keep receiving an automated response as is evident from their reply below

Review of MYKA
Received positive reply from Myka and the order is being arranged. Had already purchased a chain from Myka with no problem and the item was beautiful. Would buy from them again.
Ordered necklace but received no confirmation. Money taken from my Bank account for the order. Contacted Myka several times. Still no update. No order Number. Provided proof of purchase bank receipt. No contact from Myka. Myka need to keep customers informed. I am out of pocket for 109 euro. Very disappointed in this Company
