Defective product and awful return process
I bought an expensive Nintendo Switch 2 as a gift for my husband, and they sent me a clearly used one!! The box was damaged and the screen was scratched. Completely unacceptable, and the return process is awful. Thanks for ruining this, I will never buy from this place again.

Based on our information, the item was ordered and delivered to us as new, and we cannot see any previous returns on this model.
As scratches on the screen have been reported, the case will of course be reviewed further once the item has been received back.
