I bought an insurance for the handy via Notebook billiger. Unfortunately the IMEI is registered in the wrong format, so it does not shows up correctly. I cannot change it. As a consequence I could not yet activate the insurance. Wrote an email, I first got a reply after 3 days stating that they received the email but have many emails to reply so it will take time. Tried to call, but they have an "Interne Veranstaltung" so they cannot answer the phone.

It took some times (due to court delay) but at the end I got back my money for cancellation of flights. Airline wanted to give me a Voucher instead of money.
