Absolutely brilliant, I walked in at 8.50pm on a Thursday night and straight away the staff told me to take my time as they were cleaning up anyway, my initial intention was to just have a quick look and return knowing they close at 9am, but the gentleman who served me Daniel wasn’t having a bar of it, told be to take my time try on whatever I wanted don’t be worried about time and was unbelievably helpful, I left at 9.30pm with everything I needed for a wedding I’m attending abroad with the exception of a shirt that Daniel spent the following week tracking down in my size in another branch and got it into Dundrum for me to collect, the attention to customer service was simply fabulous..
I wouldn’t go anywhere else…..

I ordered the Mother’s Day special for my wife and it arrived the day after.. I ordered it on March 3 for Mother’s Day on March 14 it arrived March 15, needles to say myself and the kids were disappointed as we had no way of getting something else due to lock down..
Particularly dissatisfied as we chose a gift designed for the day in question you would expect it to arrive on time with 11 days lead....

Won’t be purchasing anything again....
