Unfortunately didn't ever receive a follow up when I posted the original order numbers as an update on my original post, so I'm trying again. Unable to post a reply @noobru.com, but the original order numbers from 06/04 are as follows#3123443 & #3118962.
Thinking that I might just have been unlucky on the first attempt, I placed a second order on 10/06 (#3126804) using a different email address, but again, despite their promise of shipping within EU of 2 to 7 working days - you guessed it - nothing 😤

I so desperately want to be able to see whether their Lucid and Advantage products work as claimed, but when one can't even get a simple order fulfilled, one starts to get somewhat disillusioned in this company, especially when they bombard your mailbox with unfounded promises!!!

Really Noobru! You need to do better than this in a world where eCommerce is the way of the future.

Waited 2 months and eventually had to cancel my order. I placed an order on April 6, and despite frequent emails to the customer service team, when I was assured every time that they would speak to the shipping department, nothing ever eventuated, so I cancelled my order.

Our cats always get the very best care and attention from the wonderful vets at AniCura. We've been going to this clinic for at least 20 years, and although the staff may have changed over this period, all the vets and the nurses have been exceptionally caring and only concerned with the health and well-being of our cats. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

I've only recently discovered SuriSuri, and so far I've been very impressed with all the products that I've purchased, as well as the two, monthly subscription boxes I've received. Their website is easy to use, there is good information about the products and how to use them, and many of the products have reviews from other customers, which makes it easier to decide which products might suit you best. I also like that it's possible to have purchases delivered directly to your door by DAO, so it only takes one or two days after placing an order until you receive your products. Korean beauty products are definitely some of the best and most effective I've tried.

I'm very impressed with not only the products that I've purchased from this company, but also the speed with which I have received my orders. I can definitely feel an improvement in my sleeping pattern since starting to take their products, and plan on continuing.

I had originally paid for the parcel I ordered in the UK to be home delivered, however due to Brexit they had issues finding suitable courier companies to fulfil their EU deliveries.
Consequently I've waited over a month for the parcel, and despite the fact that I had received tracking information that the package had been received in the country of destination and cleared customs, it still took several days before it was delivered to a kiosk from where I could collect it. Maybe not totally the fault of Bring, however compared to other couriers, they tend to be a little slow.
