We are very satisfied with the results of the hair transplant we had at EsteNove. The surgeons determined with us how we wanted it to look before the procedure, and the post-op supervision was very thorough, and of course the transplants themselves which look incredibly natural. All in all that’s a 10/10 for us, they were with us throughout the whole process, great service, picked us up at the airport, their hotel was great and very affordable, same goes for commuting to and from the clinic. The staff there was amazing, very kind and very reassuring, we were paired with employees who spoke our language too (French) which was a very nice touch (:. The post-op care products really do wonders too.
Thank you to everyone who was involved in this with us, you guys did an amazing job.

This didn't start too well as there were delays in my delivery, and the garden arch I ordered did not arrive in perfect condition. However I understand that these things happen and Fiona really did try and arrange things as best she could when I raised the alarm bell and we were able to find a solution. Thank you Fiona!

Yasar, and especially Svati too, have been a huge help for me in navigating through negotiating a mortgage with a lender. It's my first time buying so I was oblivious to all of the technical terms, the duration of certain procedures etc. They bridged that gap for me and got me a great mortgage (:
