Just got a reply from Esb
Even if they cause you to be unable to cease charging, they will make no exceptions in applying €0.50 per MINUTE.
They can take up to 20 minutes to answer your call as their agent is busy.

Tried to charge my ev at circle K in Donegal.
1. My ESB card was suspended, although I was in credit by over 21 Euro.
2. Spent 15 mins approx. waiting for them to answer the phone.
3.Eventually got connected and after 40 mins.tried to disconnect - was unable to.
4, Rang them again and waited another 15 - 20 mins for them to answer, as all their agents were busy !! They eventually released me.
5.Got by bill - 40 + euro including 4.50 euro for overstaying !!!
6. All the while it was lashing rain,making my visit all the more frustrating.
A pity that to give a review you must give a star. When I complained about this service to their agent he informed me that he was going to appiy for a refund of 4.50 Euro and that I should hear back by the end of the week.
I wont be holding my breath.!!!

It took about two months from order to delivery.
Price I believe was very competitive.
Everyone I spoke / dealt with was exceptionally helpful
and efficient.
Senator did such a good job that I regret not having the job done long ago.
A pity I can only give a five star credit - the experience deserves more.
