I bought some candle only over £200 , received nothing, sent a email no reply. What is going on Cailleach Candles? Can you at least reply to my email please. Order number #4759

The size on the website is misleading. "Completely untrue" I am a 38 F and bought the XL which was to small. I wrote to the customer service team, Emma reply that I would need to pay for returns, without acknowledged that they got it wrong. Very disappointed as a whole. Thus is the reason why o e should never buy such thing as undergarments on line. They are completely untrustworthy.

Was customer service. UPS emailed that my parcel will be delivered between 1- 4 pm. They wasted my time, never delivered. Poor service from my phone call with the manager. UPS unreadable, not trusted. You use UPS if you have time in your hands. If not do not bother

I challenge you to pay for your goods to be returned to you, as you have emailrd me that the goods I don't want and has cancelled the subscription is on its way. You are the most dishonest skincare company in this generation. Refund my money back you theives.

I was over the moon with my bag until the strap snapped even though it's only my laptop and a ledger in it. For the price of £299 is there a warranty?
