My last order, i had placed it at 6 AM and received it by 9 PM the same day
It was a lifesaver as another merchant has canceled my order that day and this was only a last resort plan

I have placed over 15 orders from cosmetis as of date.
Great prices, somewhat fast responses and quality products.
What to improve:
1- delivery couriers they deal with (especially to US) are pathetic, i have placed orders to 3 different countries (KSA, UK & US) and would advise against ordering to the US. all my orders got rerouted and sent back even though i provided the full details of address and contact info if they face an issue. and then i did not get a 100% refund for my orders even though it was not my fault.
2- the website is not the best, if i change the location of the website, i lose my orders placed to other countries and cannot track them or track my points (still have 0 points)
