I found a coupon that worked and saved me 15% which covered the $5 shipping fee and another $5. I had tried several that the company said the coupon didn't exist and almost gave up. But the last one I tried worked!

The purchase, checkout and process were all very easy. Never having used the company before I wasn't sure at first but it was highly rated by customers so I figured they had positive experiences and gave them a go. It wasn't a big ticket item. As a matter of fact they had the best price available. They sent updates daily as to the order's progress and tracking info. It took 5 workdays to reach me on the opposite coast of the business. I'm patient though and didn't mind the wait. They offered faster postage too I believe. Everything arrived as ordered and they look and sound brand new and came with everything it should. Will purchase from them again.

The vaporizer I bought from PuffItUp was as described and works the way it is supposed to. My only hitch in the purchase was I could not purchase replacement batteries for my vaporizer from PuffItUp, The vaporizer I have has a heavy drain on batteries and requires a specific size. I would think that if you are going to sell a specific product such as a vaporizer it would be nice to have accessories available or be able to direct me to where the proper battery can be purchased.
