The stability of costs. Unlike most companies you have not raised costs under the disguise of inflation. And your customer service is good. One negative point though is when you message me that my GB's are running low and ask me to pay for more by answering 100mb, 1gb, 2gb, my request for 2gb is not acknowledged. That is confusing for me. Otherwise all is good.

Well, despite the doubling of minimum spend % extra postage I still think you are the best second-hand book dealer. Hoeever, each time I complain about the inclusion of enormous numbers of French books under English books, I always get a polite reply that never addresses my complaint. I think you owe that to your English speaking customers
