They made sure I had everything I needed for my first skirm.
And all this without being pushy or trying to make as much profit as possible.
I appreciated this a lot and my experience was absolutely fantastic.

I have since also had several encounters ordering from the store online and contacting customer support for questions.
And all experiences have been painless.

If I had to give one piece of feedback it would be the choice of shipping options.
Mainly the companies you can pick.
One of the two options is fast but has nothing but awful reviews online.
Which was honestly scary to read through.
I hadn’t heard of them before either.
This of course is out of krale’s control.
A postNL option would be greatly appreciated though.

Overall my experience with kale has been a really warm and pleasant one.
