If this guy puts an offer on your house RUN as fast as possible - don’t take it - you’re wasting your time. On 3/17 we reached an agreement for an offer. He has two children “inspect” the property. They took pictures similar to what was already done by the photographer. He can’t say what in the inspection made him pull out (this was done last week btw - so if the inspection was the reason he would have known by Monday the latest) He knew I wouldn’t budge because that’s what “as-is” means. Luckily I have other offers. I’m going to take this as a blessing. The guys earnest money hasn’t cleared in 10 days so I’d assume he’s on his last dollar anyway.
