Non-delivery by Evri
I ordered 2 dresses. They never arrived. I received notification from Evri that they had been delivered complete with a picture on their website showing a picture of the parcel with absolutely nothing in the background. It turned out that the driver was not even in my area when the alleged delivery took place. I did eventually get the money back from Apricot, but with no apology or attempt to fulfil the order.

After looking into this for you I can see that in our email correspondence with you, this was investigated by our team, and a refund was issued for your order on 05/11/2023. Your postage was manually refunded in a separate transaction. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused by the courier error and appreciate your patience while the team investigated and resolved this for you.
