Absolutely non-existent customer service, which has completely prevented me from being assessed, after working up the courage to finally ask my GP for a referral. I needed to contact ProblemShared to update my contact details, and ask about the informant, and emailed so so many times (5+ times, to the contact details given in their website) with no response. I called and left a voicemail, still no response. To add salt to the wound, i KEEP getting emails from them reminding me to complete the forms otherwise I’ll be discharged, but I can’t fill in those forms until I get a response to my emails. Incredibly frustrating, absolutely avoid if you have the choice.

I bought the Riding Pad from Equitex. Delivery was good, and pad is very comfortable, but unfortunately it is not fit for purpose as it slips, even when the girth is tight. Customer service has been awful trying to get a refund for this, as they claim it is not guaranteed non slip even though it explicitly says so in the product description. They have since acknowledged this mistake saying “Thank you for bringing this to our attention, we will remove this statement” but are still refusing to refund if I send the pad back. Not at all happy and will not be purchasing from them again.

Such a good product! I ordered the chocolate smooth, vanilla smooth, and strawberry smooth breakfast shakes and they’re all SO good! Tasty and keep me full for ages, would definitely recommend! The student discount makes them incredible value for money.

Really great! I ordered the Hy Equestrian Reflector Hi Viz Ear Bonnet for my horse and they're amazing! So so reflective and look so cute on her! Delivery was good, service was good, would definitely recommend using equus especially as it's free delivery. Was my first time using them but will definitely be ordering more from here!
