Awful user experience. Indeed is not user-friendly at all and editing anything is unnecessarily difficult and frustrating. The whole platform feels clunky and poorly designed. Honestly, it’s just awful

What an excellent concept! The box is full of excellent quality produce and it’s nice to know it’s saving fruit and veg from being wasted. So much less than grocery stores. Helps me eat more fruit and veg as well! Highly recommend

I ordered an NFL hoodie on September 4 and was told it would ship the week of September 15. Every week since then, I’ve reached out for updates and received the same copy-and-paste response saying it would be shipped “expedited within 7 days.” It’s now October 15, and I still have no shipping update or tracking information.
At this point, I don’t even want the item anymore. Waiting over six weeks for something that was promised to ship in mid-September is completely unacceptable—especially when the company isn’t honest or upfront about delays.
I’ve filed a dispute with my credit card company because the order was never fulfilled and they refuse to cancel and refund. Extremely disappointed with this experience and wouldn’t recommend ordering from this company based on the lack of communication and reliability.

Great experience with woof pack! Every treat pack that came was liked by my pooch and we were offered more in our next month’s box! I’d love to have the opportunity to order more treats in the future, so an area on the website offering tried and true treats would be excellent. The toys are also adorable and durable for my small doggy.
