I love the brand’s quality but this just sucks.. I tried to return my package (in EU) and after a few complex steps and paying €9 fees I got the return label. It didn’t say at what courier to drop it off, so I emailed support and waited 2 weeks for a reply, but without any feedback I decided to search it out myself. Now it’s been more than 30 days and I returned the package but I haven’t received my money back or another size of the same product. It’s a shame
