Terrible airport transfer experience
Unfortunately, this was one of the worst airport transfer experiences I’ve had.
The driver refused to take us to the airport terminal, claiming that he did not have permission to enter the airport area. Instead, he dropped us off roughly 25 minutes walking distance from the gates.
We were traveling with multiple pieces of luggage and a small child, and we had to rush the entire way to the terminal carrying everything. We almost missed our flight because of this.
If a driver is offering an airport transfer, I expect them to be able to actually drop passengers at the appropriate airport terminal—or, at the absolute minimum, clearly inform customers beforehand if that is not possible.
Being left that far from the terminal without warning was completely unacceptable and caused us a huge amount of unnecessary stress. I would not recommend this airport transfer service, especially to families, people traveling with children, or anyone with significant luggage.
