AVOID THIS COMPANY!!
So they still have my parcel in the warehouse after I requested it be returned to sender over 2 weeks ago! I called back again today to check when it will be sent. The man told me it can take 12-15 days to go back but my package is in transit. I said to him on the tracker it says the package is still in the warehouse. The man then hung up the phone. Like I said before I’ve never known a company to be so crap with no customer service skills whatsoever!!! If I could give 0 stars I would but forced to give 1!!

Bad experience from start to finish! I ordered a suitcase from Carl Friedrik and despite it saying on their website that all import fees are included in the price, when the parcel arrived the delivery driver said to me I need to pay £130 import fees. So I refused the order and told him to return it to sender. However they failed to do this and the parcel was sat in their warehouse for two weeks. I called and spoke to someone about this and all she could say to me was that the driver is unable to request the parcel be returned to sender and then asked if I wanted to just pay the import fees. Worst experience I have ever had with a delivery company.

Excellent service, kept me up to date throughout. I would highly recommend.
