Bought a pokemon classic set opened not sealed,which was advertised as rrp£425 there were 5 or 6 available some sealed which all used the same generic photos for all of them just showing a stock photo of the contents you get except the cards which are sealed in a box inside the box, recieved today just an empty box, called them to tell them for them to reply they can't guarantee the contents and cannot advertise it as incomplete as they have to many items to do that for every item but they advertise it as a game set rrp£425 when they know it's incomplete rrp of an incomplete set is £0 they mislead you with their advertising then say you should of viewed the item,the whole point of online auctions are that people who live to far away can bid and expect honesty in the descriptions of items for sale,their 14 day return policy is also non existence,they're a disgrace as you can see from the majority of the reviews on here,I'll be taking this to RICS, And to the trading standards

This company only value high spending accounts and save all the pre-orders for them, pre ordered 3 items to be told I don't spend enough money to be entitled to pre-order the items,if you let people open an account they should be treated as equal as any other account ,disgraceful ethics ,I deal with several wholesalers so I buy from whoever has the cheapest product at the time, if your suppliers dealt with you the same way you treat your small accounts you wouldn't be too happy, but you say I can buy anything else I want from you, that's probably if your big accounts do not want them? Limited supplies you say, then you should limit the amount your other accounts can buy of one product so everyone can get them like other suppliers do, but don't worry I know a few of the other accounts you have, and one has kindly told me they'll let me have them from their own orders,you go to Costco they would never limit products to you even if you'd been inactive as long as your account was still opened, because every account is equal, you can go ahead and close my account as Muddleit do not treat everyone equally as they claim which is plain to see from your reply.

Still haven't got my part , live chat a complete waste of time , tracking service , complete waste of time , been waiting over a week for a part than was meant to be in stock , sent on the 31st but they can't track it , i would even of given them no stars but you have to give 1 , was told they can't do anything till the 14th , so been without a washing machine for 10 days already and they expect you to wait till the 14th before they will do anything , i would avoid like the plague and it wouldn't surprise me if half these reviews on here are done from people they know
