They have everything you'd need to create a wonderful experience for the recipient! And for the organizer, their site is helpful and answers all your questions. When I ran into some difficulty that was due to my own computer, the chat person was able to help me identify the problem, and checked in with me to make sure the problem was resolved.

This service is really great: it allowed me to have more say and power over my own health. Taking my own blood sample was scary at first (I suggest doing 10 jumping jacks before you take a sample, especially if you've been sitting to read the very thorough instructions- it'll get the blood into your finger tips!), but now I know I can do it.

I read all the bad reviews, and was steeling myself to have a bad experience. I'd booked three RT tickets to Japan, but had to cancel the flights because of COVID. I received two emails asking me to respond if I wanted a refund (I thought the first was a scam and didn't respond, hence the second email). I fully expected to either not receive a refund at all, or to receive a diminished one- but in looking at my bank account today, I see I've received a full refund of almost $5,000! This makes me very happy!
