You cant get your money back if you reconsidered your purchase for most of their products.
I took home a pair of nice shoes and wanted to test them with my new suit. I was talking with two of the personnel about that. When I returned with the shoes I could not get my money back and had to buy something else in the store for the same amount.. Very bad service that the personnel did not inform me!

Thank you for your feedback! Our return policy is written on the receipt and it‘s also printed next to our cash register. Our staff is instructed to answer any of your questions, meaning that if you have asked them about the return process they would have definitely offered all the info needed. We take all the time needed to help our customers while they are in the store or when calling/emailing us. And in case you couldn‘t find the right style/colour of shoes in our store we always go the extra mile and order them from our suppliers. We were informed by our staff that you have already exchanged the shoes with a new pair, how do you like them? In case you are not 100% happy with them we can order you another style, for us it is very important to find the right pair of shoes for you! And not at all to sell you some shoes that you‘ll never wear. For your next purchase in our store we would like to offer you a 20% discount and we‘ll do our best to find the perfect shoes for you :)
