Order received no problem. Tried it, fit not as described, quality substandard and stitching faulty under the arm
Followed the process to return for a refund. All kinds of nonsense excuses given by 'Cae'
Don't provide refund labels,
Won't refund if it gets lost in transit (I will send recorded delivery not pidgeon post)
Latest one is "keep it and we will refund 50%"
No...I advised you within the time frame that it is no good, therefore I am legally entitled to a full refund
Citizens advice told me there have been multiple complaints about this company so it is likely to be referred to trading standards
Anyone else experienced the same issue with this company withholding your money, illegally should report them too
People work hard for their money, you are stealing from your customers
