Very poor customer service and poor service on internet and phone, being honest is just getting worse.
My wifi calling stopped and error stated that I need to call Orange to enable but I am with Avatel.
Called them they were so vague on the phone, then the handler admitted that they made some changes and this affected it clients accounts and services etc. When broadband goes down there is no updates on their site or phone, they normally do not answer during those times. I logged case on their website about my router as could not get through the phone and they called me about 4 months later, they are joke!

Awful impersonal AI customer service , which is absolutely useless.
Cannot help, gives you false information and then cuts you off. Absolute rubbish service

Its quite good service but you cannot delete text messages on the app, which is really frustrating as is a mess and when you are using service which always text you code, you need to make sure you look at the correct new message, is not user friendly. Also people from address book do not show name when calling.

Reliable service with great real human customer service .

The company advertises goods in Spain with Spanish prices and taxes included it, however this is not the case.
I have ordered 75 euro of goods and Spanish Post office wanted to charge 68 euro in taxes in charges, making the product 3 x more then local.
When you buy on their website is not clear you are buying from the UK, it looks like you are buying from a Spanish website. Do not buy anything from them, they are scammers. No reply to emails or refund

Their sizing is terrible, does not match any international sizing being honest. The 3 items I have bought did not fit at all. I have emailed them about return, they have given me address. So I have paid for it myself, I have a proof of delivery on the 02.06.23 back to their office.
So far no refund. I have sent 3 emails , facebook message and no reply. I have called them but they do not answer at all. Absolute scam, do not buy their products as on top of it they are very average quality.

I have been using the service 3rd year now.
They are quick in responding, have nice and helpful staff. I had a query today and within matter of minutes Sarah has resolved it, great customer service.

Great product and great customer service. Definately would recommend it.
