Good luck even getting them on the phone in under an hour

I wish i could give a review with less that one star, trademe dont even deserve one star, I could write so much more, but why waste my time trademe dont give a s h i t about customers

worst customer service of any company in nz, just try calling them and see what i mean, they dont even have a PHONE !

what total clowns, they no longer allow pickups of items, WHY NOT ?? You I D I O T S used to, so the price to send goes up and the service goes down, SACK YOUR MANAGEMENT TEAM and hire some people who understand customer service !

2 hour wait times, and 2 weeks to respond to email totally useless company

I wish there was a zero stars option , if you want to know how bad BNZ are just call them and spend 45 minutes on hold, record profits by providing RUBBISH service. I got an email from a " manager " whose title included " operational excellence " WHAT A JOKE

1 1/2 hour hold time, you would think it is a joke, but it is true, what a disgrace

Their service is rubbish , they cant even be bothered to answer the phones, they email me an insisted I get back to them in 48 hours , but they take 3-5 days to answer email.
