Zero customer service! I had booked a tour to Egypt & Jordon for Sept 26. As with previous reviews they are very helpful and friendly to sign you for the tour and Lux Plus membership which promises (priority customer service - Zilch!), and once they are paid, you get no help/service at all.

I have been trying to cancel this tour booking since Friday (this is Saturday night now. Their tactic is to keep you waiting and repeating that they are experiencing large volumes of calls,and suggesting you leave a number for call back, which you don't get. At the moment I have waited on the phone for 3 hours now, but not giving up as I know I wont get a a call back.

I then tried on line chat and clicked the right option - Cancel your tour, but again, no customer service. The person takes at least 10 mins to response or no response at all, to a query you have, and then tells you they cant help as it is a tour booking. All they did was sent me the policy regarding nonrefundable deposits!

Don't use Luxury Escapes!

Hamish (Luxury Escapes Customer Support member) was very professional and delivered on his advice to me in regards to cancellation of booking.

It is refreshing to be able to have the support and assistance during these every changing times.

Customer service response was prompt and helpful.

The service from enquiry to delivery of my order was exceptional. I was so happy and excited to receive the arrangement, which blew me away as it was like receiving beautiful flowers from a secret admirer, and the lovely touch of a personal note from Sarah. I would definitely be back again. Thank you.
