Never again! After paying in full for a 3 room reservation confirmed by Priceline, the rooms were not available. After an embarrassing check in, tired and exhausted after a 10 hour drive and having to settle for what was given to us the hotel wanted to charge us $253 dollars on top of the confirmed agreed agreement with Priceline. Embarrassing moment, but never again with Priceline!.

The site representatives were courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable in resolving my issues and concerns.
