Excellent service from Mark Higgins and the team

Excellent service from Mark Higgins and the team at Livermores. The whole sale process was made really easy by them, with lots of viewings arranged, prompt feedback given and as well as personal sales co-ordination contact, an online portal to monitor progress of the sale and legal process. Would recommend.

Outstanding customer service

Ordered a number of items for a birthday celebration and was particularly impressed by not only the luxurious quality of the lounge suit I chose but also the gorgeous range Sosandar offered and can see myself becoming a regular customer.

It's when something goes wrong that you get a feel for the quality of customer service, and in this instance, after washing according to the guidelines, the lining came away from the velvet.

Faye was a great ambassador for the company, sending a prompt, fully considered and empathetic response early on a Sunday morning to my contact form. She also resolved the issue to my complete satisfaction, and this will definitely encourage customer and brand loyalty. Thank you Faye for your excellent customer service.
