Still waiting on a cabinet
We were excited to get our water softener.the gentleman arrived, he explained he didn’t have the outside cabinet for our softener( we didn’t have space under the sink and this was a solution). He would pick it up the cabinet later that day and install the next day .
Thats was 4 days ago . I phoned the company twice . All they have done is schedule an appointment in 10 days from installation.
They have no idea about their installer , unawares of a problem. Mean while unit has sat out in the rain and will continue to until appointment. If the man had explain that there would be a delay with getting all the parts I would have waited . So disappointed it has soured everything about this .
