Eneco Netherlands is the worst energy supplier I've ever dealth with. Interestingly, I am quite happy with Eneco Belgium!!

Overall
Overall, I'm quite happy with the provided services. The only issue I have is that sometimes take long time (10-12 hours) to receive the token/coin. This should be improved. The rates are the best, for sure.

Your rate is the best but you are not…
Your rate is the best but you are not fast enough sometimes. I receive my token late sometimes and miss the chance to buy when there's much fluctuation in the market. Simplex rates are less attractive than yours but they deliver instantly.
I stay with Banxa hoping that you resolve the above issue.
