It’s really good to keep your mind relaxed it really helps you focuse on what you need to be doing.
Instead of constantly thinking about other things in between which are not so important.
I would recommend it it’s great for feeling a calming mood and engery and you will have a better night sleep.
If I knew of this before I would have bought it sooner, little expensive but you pay for what you get...
