every time i have needed to make a booking i have had to drive to the site in person as they do not answer the phone or online enquiries.
once at site the service is brilliant but the fact you have to take a few hours out of your day for something that could be sorted in minutes over the phone is what lets them down.

So after making a review and their promises to resolve the issues they didn’t they made all the promises in the world but never came through and now they have folded

they will hard sell you and hound you non stop even after a sale.
they will give you a huge quote then say let me talk to my boss and then half it, then if you still don't take it they will get their trade team to quote it,
they also make promises they cant keep just to get the sale. they will also tell you that you must pay for the extra 5 year warranty even if you don't want it.
I was promised a discount card which would of made my monthly payments more affordable this never arrived and then told they don't do it any more. I was then offered free holidays each year this never happened either.
you would be better off trusting the macans to babysit for you then this company to keep to their word
