Great product, if you can get it delivered..

I have no problem with the SiS products as I've used them many times over the past couple of years. The problem is that I ordered the SiS products to be shipped to Thailand where I live (I normally buy them in the UK and bring them with me), and unfortunately Thai Customs Dept. don't allow imports of energy gels or supplements without a special license, so frustratingly I had to forfeit the order (£130 wasted) so pretty disappointed.
Maybe SiS online shop can make a note of which countries don't allow these imports for private customers to save others from making the same mistake.

Sorry to hear this, it is stated on our website that we are unable to cover the costs of customs.
Each country varies in cost at customs so we are unable to advertise this.
